Strength Focused day with slow and controlled reps, proper form instructed by your certified coaches. The programming is constantly varied, with exercises targeting the back, shoulders, chest, biceps, triceps and abdominals. All classes are modifiable to meet the needs of every fitness level and capability.
If necessary, please respectfully cancel or reschedule your class up to 1 hour before class starts. After one waived instance, there will be a $12 charge for any no show/no cancel.
