Owner, Head Kickboxing & Wellness Coach, M.S. in Sport & Exercise Psychology
Olivia, co-owner and head Kickboxing instructor, is a black belt in karate, former ballet dancer and Division I Lacrosse player. She holds a Masters of Science degree in Sport Psychology from Ithaca College and has her Group Fitness Certification with the American Council on Exercise (ACE). A 2010 Academic-All American at SUNY Albany, Olivia also coached lacrosse at the local, high school, and Division III Collegiate levels. Her interest in personal wellness and development, team dynamics, leadership, motivation and goal setting comes from a lifetime of personal and professional exposure on these topics.
