This class emphasizes intense exercises designed to elevate your heart rate as well as focusing on increasing range of motion and mobility. Plyometrics, sprint, speed and agility in a variety of combinations and program styles, paired with significant stretch and mobility work. All classes are modifiable to meet the needs of every fitness level and capability.
If necessary, please respectfully cancel or reschedule your class up to 1 hour before class starts. After one waived instance, there will be a $12 charge for any no show/no cancel.
