Service Description

A 45-minute cardio conditioning workout with floor and bag work. Combinations are presented at varying paces of speed, agility & endurance. A beginner-friendly, challenging workout designed to get your energy and metabolism up. Be prepared to sweat!

If necessary, please respectfully cancel or reschedule your class up to 1 hour before class starts. After one waived instance, there will be a $12 charge for any no show/no cancel.
