For: All levels, ideal for beginners on up! Enjoy a 45-minute stretch and restorative yoga and stretch class at Arise Fitness. A great addition to your fitness regimen for workout recovery and to soothe sore muscles and joints! Join us on the mat for a gentle yoga session that targets key areas throughout our body where we hold stress and aches. Relax and let go as we work from our head to our toes to release tension while we strengthen the muscles that support us, paying special attention to our neck & shoulders, back, hips & hamstrings. You will leave feeling relaxed, refreshed and ready to take on the week ahead. A great recovery class for athletes after a long week of hard exercise. Please bring your own yoga mat or towel.
If necessary, please respectfully cancel or reschedule your class up to 1 hour before class starts. After one waived instance, there will be a $12 charge for any no show/no cancel.
